They are offering me this or that and I've told them over and over to take me off their list. Unfortunately, I have gotten many calls from these guys harassing me and I can't get them off the phone. Next computer I got at Best Buy and got Geek Squad which has been pretty good for the most part. How did my Norton anti-virus product hook me up with this separate company, Complete tech support, and cause me to waste this money. I'd love to get the money back, but I am not clicking on the executable file. Now over a year later they called offering a refund but to get it I have to click to download a file and it is an executable which I am to click to connect to their bank and get my money back. I should have canceled right away and gotten back from my credit card company.
Never got much help with anything and was worried they were hurting the computer rather than helping. After a few months, I cancelled the plan and quit dealing with them.
